The natural laws of health and how things work are more important than most doctors will preach.
Unfortunately, many if not most doctors show little faith in the healing powers of the body and mind. They tend to trust machines and drugs more than our amazing bodies.
Your probably not a doctor any more than I am.
So if we assume you are not knowledgeable about everything that will make your body work or fail.
For example, you cannot name more than 50 of the thousands of parts of your body. (Don’t worry, I can’t either). Then you need to at least understand the basic logic of nature so that you have a base point to judge potential health secrets and natural cures by.
The Most Amazing Machine
There are so many parts of your body that work correctly and harmoniously allowing you to sing, dance and be merry. Its a fantastic work of art and a miracle of God-Class programming. It truly is the most impressive machine known to man, and we did not make it, and we cannot duplicate its masterpiece, we can only replicate (clone), and tinker with the most amazing machines ever created, the human body.
Relax, I am not a religious man in the way you know that designation. There will be no preaching here. But, I do have a direct faith and connection with my Creator. I take no mans word for who, what, or where God (ie; the “Creator” of all things) may be playing Golf.
However, I cannot ignore His hand in the things nature and my own my life has shown me. So take any reference for now to mean respect, but without a single thread of linkage to any religion. Cool?
Okay, that said, the Big Dude in the Sky, the “Creator”, is seriously smart. He built this awesome machine, and the only flaw is the free choice it comes with. Which of course allows the user to screw it up.
As you get older, you have become aware of what happens when you messed it up in younger years. It is nothing more than that. In short, the Creator is all knowing, so he knew you might make that choice. The Creator, therefore, planned ahead and preinstalled hundreds of special Apps into your multi-redundant body systems, so that when you decide to use them, you can fix anything.
Simple really, but if you don’t get this, then you might turn to doctors, who are actually practicing on you with their inquisition style chambers of horror and a collection of devices and tools that add the fear and pain.
You Are the Cure
So get this straight… the cure is within you. It is not really out there in the world, it is within you. It was always there, just like Cancer and many other poisons and diseases are always there in our bodies.
The question is, did you use the App to fix that, or is it still waiting for install or setup? Because in the end, programming alone, will fix anything in the machine that is not 100% a matter of construction or lack of required materials problems.
Put another way, if you are NOT actually missing parts (handicapped) or suffering from damaged genetics. The problem is going to be very simple to fix, because now it is just programming and fuel. Yes, fuel is important (what you intake, eat drink, smoke, rub on your skin, etc.)
It gets better… If you totally mess it up and break a bone, it can be repaired, it’s almost automatic in fact, most times bones are just set and put in a cast to heal. Likewise, with skin, it heals without much thought, but do it wrong and it leaves a scar. Do it right and no scar. Even stuff under the skin, organs, tissue, blood and it’s plumbing, all easy to repair.
Better, regardless what you do, the body is programmed to REPLACE ALL OF THE KNOWN BONE MATERIALS every 40 days. How cool is that? The Creator is a smart Dude, don’t forget that.
So what happens on the physical level is your blood, the cleaning and feeding solution that carries to every part of your body flowing through a special part of the brain. We will call this the replicator. Like a photocopy machine, it’s job is to make a fresh copy of every cell in your body as it passes a test for quality.
If a cell is bad, it is discarded, and DNA provides a blueprint to replace the bad cell. It is brilliant really! Given perfect operation, this means we have no limit to our body lifespan.
So, the thing that goes wrong is this replicator gets messed up, and it is unable to identify some cells accurately, and reproduces a bad one, then two, and finally a body full of bad cells are just being replicated.
Now assuming it is working correctly, or not, the replication or replacement process both require the correct ingredients to be manufactured.
This is where crap in becomes crap out.
Put another way, give your body the right fuel, and a perfectly working replicator will replace your entire body back to perfection every 40 days.
Whala… why are you sick? — either the wrong fuel or a broken replicator.
You now know more about health than any 99% of this planet.
The Bigger Picture
You see, to make sense of all this, you MUST accept that the Creator gave you this incredible machine with the intent of eternal life. He is not really promising any trade-in value. So the best plan is good maintenance. But if you mess up, and He knows many will. He built in the solution to fix any problem. A simple replicator, and a tummy that will process a variety of fuels into the perfect building blocks.
The downside of this is that when the replicator is broken, it must be the first focus, else the problem will grow as bad cells will be reproduced at an alarming rate. It is in fact compounding. Think hey, you say 160 pounds, then your replicator is replacing about 4lbs a day of your body. So in as little as 6 months, a small problem in your pinkie, could become a systems-wide issue for the bulk of a 160lb body.
So, when they say you are what you eat, it’s true, you could look at it this way, how much do you eat in a day? Times 40 days, whatever that food was, is what you are made of in a month and a half. While this can easily mean you killed yourself off. It can also mean that you replace 160lbs of cells built from crap, with 160 lbs built from only the very best.
Now, if the replicator is broken, it will also require repair, fortunately, it is also self-replacing. Oops, here we are with another paradox if the replicator replaces itself using poor quality materials. Then it’s performance will be less than perfect.
So, this the Creator also considered.
As you feed your body better fuel, the action of your mental capacity also being positive, the body being so integrated, the replicator will repair itself as well by comparing its own cells to the DNA as well. But the foggy copier lens must be kept very clean during this stage.

Okay, so you’re going to give the body better fuel, and exercise, yadda, but the years of low-quality fuel has caused a build-up of scum on the walls of your blood vessels and collected other places throughout your body. So without some focus, this is another factor in the equation.
First, the constricted blood vessels do not allow enough oxygen to reach every tissue in the amounts required. DETOX is a cleaning process. So it is about getting out everything that collected in the tissue throughout your body during your lifetime.
So, now that we have that clear… DETOX is something that can be done many ways. Some pleasant some very uncomfortable or even painful. Fortunately, the Creator took care of all this too. A Different Way of Thinking
So what do we have now? The perfect machine, the perfect replication plan, the ability to self-repair anything damaged and even replace every part of the body if required. But we also have defined a way of thinking about how it got messed up and how to get back on track.
It’s probably going to take a combination of things to get you back on track, because in your system is probably broken at this point, and has not had good fuel for too long. So even the replicator is malfunctioning and requires replacement.
In short, you crashed the train. So we have some major repairs to deal with.
Start with a detox diet, and improve the fuel just to get started. But it will likely take you more than 40 days because you broke the replicator. So, again… good fuel, rest, exercise and time = health through replication.
But, remember, depending on your current condition, you may require 100% replacement after years of damages from poor fuel, too little exercise and living like a party animal perhaps. So, you can probably expect that detox will speed the process by years because it would otherwise take years to get past the gunk built up in your system otherwise.
You can expect the better fuel to work instantly with greater energy within the first 40 to 80 days 1-2 cycles.
But, during that time, the replicator is likely still malfunctioning and must self-replace, not replicate, so add another 2 cycles say 80 days, and that’s working. Now, this puts you 6 months out all things perfect, before your replicator is replacing correctly, so now add say 2-4 cycles to work out kinks and replace everything back to DNA standards.
So, this comes to say 4-6 cycles at 40 days per cycles total 160 to 240 days to become a new person. Very likely free of any issues. Not bad really, we’re talking 9-12 months to great health, assuming you take things very seriously and stay on the path every day.

Great, I think we can help. What you will find here does not come from a doctor of medicine. Rather, this is from real life experience, some experimentation, and insights from various knowledgeable people. ~Remember, do your own research.
So let’s get you started on a safe and reliable diet solution.
This diet is not about starving you, it’s more about eliminating things that do not help you.
So, here’s the tuff part.
• You must try hard not eat anything cooked.
• You must eat only raw for the first two weeks.
What we want to do is get you on a fast track, yet give you something that does not stress your mind or comfort.
Start with this thought, your going stay to a simple salad like diet for 2-4 days max. Then introduce 1-3 items each day until your completely comfortable with a concept that is basically just raw for a while.
So, the salad part is a little different than the salads you may be familiar with. In this case, your going to start with mostly sprouts. Adding only a couple of items to start, more as we go.
The point or the goal is first the raw, but also very easy digestion, we want it to digest and produce as little waste as possible The body should be able to digest and absorb as much as possible so there is very little waste. Higher quality foods are more fully digested and absorbed into your body.
Again the goal is to not eat any more than you need to be satisfied.
Likewise, eating like a bird is good in this case. So think smaller amounts every 2.5 to 3 hours apart. This gives the body time to process the last meal, before the next. So this way you can keep from feeling hungry and still not tax your body because everything is raw and very easy to digest.
** Remember a bite or two of Pineapple and/or Papaya with any meal, will help digestion tremendously.
The Actual Diet
Salad = Max 3 times
(max each about 2x 12oz cottage cheese container)
From the list below, mix now more than 3 kinds of sprouts. But your making a bowl of salad, so use plenty.
Roma Tomato, Red onions
(All optional – Organic if Possible)

Tastes like a butter and cannot be overused, helps the Kidneys process the poisons that this detox will cause.

You need a lot of water anytime, but for detox, try to drink more than you think you can stand. Drink, drink, and drink more.
This can be very hard to do, so let you in on a secret. Drinking fresh juice in water or smoothies, or slushies, all count toward your water in take. Ta as well, but not coffee, and please stop coffee altogether, more on that later.
Hot Shots = Min. 3x

Again, you get to expand the diet, a little at a time.
Choose to add 1-3 items per day.
Get to have some fish now:
- Ono, Opakapaka, Salmon, Snapper
- Limit to 8oz. a day.

- Nuts ** Can add some to smoothie full blend only Cashew works well
- All Low Frequency
Tips & Recipes
Because sugar in any form may not be the best idea in your particular case, it’s worthy to note that Fresh, Sweet Pineapple can provide a lot of sweet for your juice/smoothie, so if possible try on to use sugar or honey and if you use honey, a light Orange Blossom honey organic if possible is a much safer solution than other options besides Pineapple.
** Natural sugar in Pineaplle is not bad for you like cane or fake sweeteners.
Drink Fresh Fruit Juice or Smoothie. It’s satisfying and healthy.
Make this please, do not buy it, and I highly recommend fresh Manderain or Pineapple.
Try 1/3 to 2/3 ice in the blender, add the fruit, add raw organic sugar or honey, only what is needed to taste good. Is a great slushi.
** The water you add to the juice can be subtracted from the water required daily.
Herbal teas only, Chamomile, Comfrey, Peppermint, Mint, Red Clover (very good)

This is a sort of general recipe and can vary as you like, more of anything is fine, but lots of the vinegar. I prefer to mix in a shot glass, but you could mix a bottle full and just shake and pour too. Tastes like Italian dressing except for the optional Cayenne heat.
- Apple Cider Vinegar = 3/4 Shot
- Liquid Animo = TBSP
- Nutritional Yeast = TSP
- Cayenne = Sprinkle (optional)
- Spirulina = Sprinkle (optional)
Both optional items highly recommended but not required.
Note the Spirulina and Yeast will help with both upset tummy and overall hunger as well mitigating the vinegar.

- Tofu Soft, Medium or Firm (Organic if Possible)
- Cube Tofu and Boil Until good and hot only
- Add Nutritional Yeast – a Good layer and
- Pour Hot Shot Recipe like a dressing as much as you like.

Look at the colleges’ medical doctors get degrees from, those colleges get millions upon millions from pharma companies, medical machine makers (they give colleges free machines), etc. They do this in exchange for some control over what is taught to your medical doctor.
Okay, I said enough about the problem and I do not plan to delve deeper into any conspiracy theories, etc.
What I have said is enough to stand alone on pure greed, I give a college an expensive cat-scan machine and expect them to use it to teach.
That is what they know, that is what you can expect from the medical community.

Oops Too Many Secrets
Okay, so I went over with a few extra secrets…
The worst part, your doctor probably knows some or all of these secrets.
In any event, get the first 9 right, and in most cases, you will add 10 years to your life. Likewise, master the first 12 and you’ll add 20 years to your life.
Of course, those that master all 20, can generally expect to live beyond a 100 years of age. **
Number 15 is extremely important because every hour of stress can burn 30 hours of important resources from your body resulting in premature grey hair and other aging factors. Stress kills faster than anything.
Examples: 3 years of stress and take 90 years off your life expectancy. Who wants that?
** To be accurate this estimate (for additional years) must be adjusted. Figure that if you mastered all 16 secrets you would move forward with life from your current age. If your already 50 and failed more than 50% of the secrets for 50 years, instantly abiding all the secrets is not going to guarantee fixing the damage already done in time to extend your life beyond a 100.
A better way to look at is that you already suffered 3 years of stress, so you already cost yourself 90 years of healthy living. Now instantly changing your plan at 50, you need to double down on some things like exercise to make up for the bad years.
If it matters, and you must calculate, you can do the math, start at a 100-year life expectancy, subtract the bad years of stress and poor eating, then add the good years/days at 2x.
Now assume you are going to do it right the rest of your days and take your remaining days time 3x. The balance is what you can expect to accomplish. It’s all about you, and only you can do the math that best fits with your life.
Another bonus tip. If you get all of the rest here, there’s a chance you can go without good regular exercise and still live a long healthy life. But, our bodies were not designed to watch TV, or lay around all day. You need only watch a professional runner or swimmer to see the beauty and perfection that such things bring to the body.
But, what kind of exercise do we need? Do you really need to train for the Olympics? I think not.
Look at it this way, say you were working on a farm, growing your own food, tending to the large garden, cutting your own firewood, tilling your fields, building stuff, fixing stuff like your tractor, etc.
Is this list is a lot of exercises, you can see that right? No need for this guy to go for a run, do situps, etc. At the end of the day, he has exercised every part of his body just doing his daily routine.
But, how about your routine? Did you sit for hours to work? Do you sit for hours watching TV? Do you sit and drive an hour back and forth to work?
So, I am not going to sell you a workout routine. I am going to tell you the obvious… if your not a farmer, or otherwise moving all day long like the farmer. Then you MUST augment your routine to include more activities that stretch and twist, and work every part of your body.
You can choose to augment your routine in any number of ways. Go ahead and follow some workout guide if you like. But for me, the better plan is to get out and do things that make me use my body in natural ways. Even just a great hike is good.
Bonuses To Natural Ways
Continuing from the need for exercise and doing it in natural ways. I want to stress that when you choose to hike, jog, walk and run. These activities, in particular, have another important effect. Your getting better air in your lungs, and more of it than when you sit.
The Eyes have it
Likewise, you need to protect your eyes so they do not degenerate. The key I found in every non-medical book on the topic, use your eyes, exercise them.
So, when your outside doing the fresh air thing, you also need to look around you and inspect your environment.
Pick a flower and inspect a blade of grass. Try had to look far into the distance and figure out what you are seeing. Read every sign from as far away as you can. Read the labels on shoes and read every t-shirt from a distance.
All of these things exercise the eyes and lessen the chances of vision problems, In fact, for many, they have reversed eye degeneration with these tricks.

When I was a kid, there was no ORGANIC officially. But like many families and farmers of the day, we just did not use pesticides because they were scary poison stuff we did not want around the farm and garden in the first place.
So, everything we grew was pretty much automatically organic. 50% of what we ate was stuff we or grandma grew. So the food we purchased was from known sources like the dairy farm we drove to for our milk, cheese, and sour cream.
The meat we bought, mostly from the Indian reservation and fed naturally, no regular feeds. A lot of our fruit we grew as well, berries, cherries, plums, apples, etc. we lived in the Northwest mostly.
Today, so many foods are not organic and with this, they have lost some, not all of the vitamin and mineral values that make them good foods. So, it’s a simple deduction, that the more organic the food, the more nutritional value.

As for me, I grew up consuming gallons of milk, pounds of cheese and blocks of real butter direct from the local dairy farm. So giving up these things was near impossible for the first 30 years of my life. But today I can say that I am 25 years past that life and having eliminated 90% of my milk product intake, I feel better than 90% of the people I encounter over 50.
I was raised on what you might call a gentlemen’s ranch. We were too far from the local diner to go there a lot. So we had giant freezers and multiple refrigerators full of food.
Though my mother was a terrible cook, she did not buy packed instant foods like hamburger mixes, instant mac & cheese, etc. So, since I was home alone most of the time after school until 6-7pm I had to feed myself. The point, I never learned to eat from a box. If I wanted something I had to get the ingredients together and make it myself. By the time I was 12, this had me also cooking the dinners 6 nights a week, which was actually ok since it was safe to eat and my mother’s dinner was generally scary stuff.
Using a pun, I cannot stress enough that stress in your life is your worst enemy. So make a point to reduce and even eliminate all forms of stress from your life and live longer.
As noted above, a day of stress and burns 30 days of nutritional resources from your body and worse it’s like putting extra miles on your tires. There are only so many miles in them and sooner or later you run out of miles.

Sometimes the best way to learn a complicated subject is to play with it. That’s why kids often learn computer systems faster than adults; they aren’t afraid to just try stuff out and see what works. Kids don’t fear doing something wrong. If they do, they learn from it and do it differently the next time.
Remember, there are many things you cannot change in life, but if you do not take the time to live your life, ie; to play doing nothing productive… You are stressing your mind and body in ways it was not designed to work.

Okay, this is tougher for many folks because in the USA most people eat meat and are raised eating literally tons of meat. I was no different. But I married a vegetarian and things got complicated.
I needed to work and pay the bills and she simply said hey I don’t know how to cook meats so if you want it, you cook it.

So I speak from experience, you do not need the meat in your diet, in fact, I am stronger and heavier than 90% of the men my size.
So you can forget that weak vegetarian look that is all too common. It’s not the lack of meat that makes them pathetic, it’s much more than that, it’s just bad nutrition.
While a duh, it’s important and you must not fail. If you don’t walk, you may not be able to later. Say no more right?

Grow a Garden while Fulltime RVing
It is possible to maintain fresh veggies, from your own garden, even while RVing fulltime.
I’ve grown sprouts for a long time doing it many different ways and in many different climates. So I am still learning the do’s and don’ts of growing in the RV.
My favorite to grow is the Sunflower, because of the benefits it imparts to those who eat it. So I want to share some secrets for growing this wonderful “GOOD FOR YOU” sprout or microgreen. It depends on how you grow it, but whatever way you choose the benefits are there.
I will concentrate on growing them while living fulltime in an RV.
I love to grow my own food, walk to the garden to plan a meal. Well, that’s hard to do while living full-time in an RV, and there are limitations on how much you can store in the fridge. So I took the challenge to grow fresh food in my limited space.
I knew I had to figure it out because nutrition is so important to our health.
- Large plastic pitcher w/slotted cover OR Recycled plastic 2 pt container
- Depending on the size of your refrigerator choose which size you can count on fitting
- If you use the 2 pt. container, then you will not need the additional 1 pt. container. Use an extra cotton bag under the sprout bag.
- Recycled plastic 1 pt container
- Cotton muslin bag (6″ x 10″ approx.)
- 1/2 cup – 1 cup Sunflower seeds in the shell
Other seeds will work; Lentil, Alfalfa, Clover, Mung bean, to name a few.
Put the seeds in a cotton bag and soak for 4 hours totally submerged in water. After 4 hours take your seeds out of the water, but don’t throw that water away.
Use it to fertilize your plants.
Drain the seeds and place the bags in the pitcher on top of the inverted container, then place the cover on so it can breathe. Now put the pitcher in a cool place usually on the floor so it stays cool. Keep it out of hot areas.
The next morning rinse again. Turns out they like a cold bath. Put back in the pitcher. You should see them peaking out of their shells, but every area is different so be patient.
Check your seeds. Is the bag dry? Are the seeds dry? Or wet and slippery?
If dry, rinse thoroughly with cold water, drain and put back in the pitcher. If wet, put back in the pitcher.
My sprouts are ready to eat by day 4. Sprouting times vary.
It is a good idea to get a bag started every other day to keep you in fresh sprouts.
Do’s and Don’ts
- Don’t over water, or they get slimy and stinky.
- Too hot and their roots burn
- If you soak for more then 4 hrs the seeds are forgiving
- Don’t throw the soaking water away, it’s great fertilizer
Tricks of the Trade
Don’t rinse your sprouts then immediately try to eat them. The shells will be too slippery to remove. Instead, let them dry and when you eat them, grab one and squeeze the shell from the 2 sides forcing the shell to split.
From there either pull the sprout out or put your fingernail in and split apart.
Using only 1/2 cup at a time means that I am not messing or disturbing the seeds very much. They sprout quickly and there is just enough for the 2 of us and the remainder is gobbled up by my African Greys.
Find an area where you can grow. Dishwashers, showers, a dark cupboard, they all work. Even using the sink area will work if that’s all you have.
No matter the area you live or travel, sprouts will grow, but watch for the roots burning or turning brown.
Rinsing more than 1 time a day is not necessary. Too wet and the sprouts will rot and get stinky. Too dry and they will not grow long, juicy and sweet.
The best-tasting sprouts have no burned roots and they are more than 3″ long. Because after 3″ they get sweet and juicy. But it is not necessary to wait for 3″ sprouts, eat them as soon as you like.
The time it takes for the sprout to reach a certain size depends on the climate and how well you provide for its needs. So work with it!

The Great American Lie
Monsanto invented the herbicide glyphosate and brought it to market under the trade name Roundup in 1974, after DDT was banned.
By 2013, Monsanto’s n
et income rose to $1.48 billion thanks to our friends, neighbors and every farmer that uses this dangerous cellular poison.
Unfortunately, not everyone is aware of “The Great American Lie” ~Monsanto calls “Roundup”.
The Short Story
Today, Roundup (ie; “Glyphosate”) is the most widely used herbicide in the world. Over 130 countries currently permit extensive use of this toxic chemical. The US is the largest consumer, using approximately 20% of the world’s Roundup.
The latest reliable figures from the US Geological Survey record 280 million pounds of Roundup were used in 2012, making the US the largest consumer. It’s startling to think that America has used a pound for every American, each year, for the last 4 years.
This much… without our permission, no one asked us if this was ok..!
The EPA continues to align itself with Monsanto’s safety claims and limits concerns about Roundup’s risks, allowing Monsanto to continue dodging scientific research.
Meanwhile Monsanto has known for decades that Roundup (ie; glyphosate) is one of the most toxic substances ever launched on the public. Further, that it is known to adversely affect almost every tissue and cell in a mammal’s body. That’s you, that’s me and your little doggie to folks.
The question is, can Monsanto be charged with crimes of omission and more deservingly crimes against humanity? ~The answer YES!
The case has a precedent and has been played out in the courts before. In November 1998, the US government won a judgment against the four largest US tobacco companies: Philip Morris, RJ Reynolds, Brown & Williamson, and Lorillard. Up next, Monsanto.

Roundup and Your Health

The half-life of Roundup in soil ranges between 2 and 197 days; a typical field half-life of 47 days has been suggested. Soil and climate conditions affect glyphosate’s persistence in soil. Roundup adsorption to soil, and later release from soil, varies depending on the kind of soil.
A 2009 study using a RoundUp formulation concluded absorption into plants delays subsequent soil degradation and can increase Roundup persistence in soil from 2 to 6 times.

Income – Cost = Profit
If the “Monsanto Lie” is new to you, then first, your going to have to open your mind a bit and grasp the idea that major US corporations actually care more about profit than whether consumers will live to buy the product for a second or third generation.
A second concept you must grasp, mega-corporations make enough money, that the cost of a lawsuit, or a government imposed fine, is simply a “line item cost” carried across as an expense against mega-profits.
Consider the following headline:
Now perhaps, can you grasp that your life and your health and the laws that you think protect you, are less than 1% of the profit based decisions that shape our world today.
This means, the decision to proceed with a project is not swayed by the legal or moral implications, it is determined by the profit margin, “after considering” cost of litigation and possible fines.
